Day 22: Rescued by the Glory
Scripture
Psalm 79:9
Help us, O God of our salvation, for the glory of Thy name: and deliver us, and purge away our sins, for Thy name's sake.
THOUGHT FOR THE DAY
The glory of God is a defense and a rescue for those who trust in Him.
MESSAGE
The glory of God is more than a manifestation of His presence; it is also a shield and a deliverer. Psalm 79:9 reminds us that God intervenes to rescue us for the sake of His glory.
When His glory is upon your life, no power of the enemy can hold you captive. Throughout Scripture, God demonstrated His ability to rescue His people for His glory. In Psalm 20:6, we are assured that the Lord saves His anointed. Similarly, Colossians 1:27 reveals that Christ in us, the hope of glory, guarantees our victory and deliverance.
Are you facing challenges today? Call upon God for deliverance.
Trust in the power of His glory to save and redeem. His glory will not only rescue you but also bring honor to His name through your testimony.

- 1. Pray and declare the manifestation of God's glory over every challenge in your life.
- Meditate on Colossians 1:27 and confess Christ as the hope of glory in you.
PRAYER
- Father, I call upon You as my Deliverer. For the glory of Your name, rescue me from every trap of the enemy.
- Let Your power be revealed in my life, in Jesus' Name.
