Day 250: SEP 7TH: THE BOLDNESS OF THE RIGHTEOUS

Scripture
Proverbs 28:1
The wicked flee when no man pursueth but the righteous are bold as a lion
DAILY WISDOM
Boldness does not come from personality. It reflects righteousness.
MESSAGE
Spiritual boldness is not the same as arrogance. It is not about being loud or having emotional confidence. Instead, it is a divine expression of a righteous nature. It overflows from a heart anchored in truth. A righteous person is bold, not because they lack fear, but because they are empowered by revelation. Their stance does not rely on flesh. Their voice does not stem from presumption. Their strength comes from their foundation in righteousness.
The Bible tells us that the wicked flee when no one pursues them because guilt torments their hearts, creating an atmosphere of fear. In contrast, the righteous stand strong like a lion because they are grounded in divine justification. You cannot have dominion without boldness, and you cannot have boldness without righteousness. Each time God calls someone to exercise dominion, He first addresses their fear. Why? Because fear is the first barrier to taking authority.
Boldness is not acquired in motivational classes. It is given by light. When light enters, fear vanishes. When we understand righteousness, feelings of inferiority fade away. Dominion starts the moment boldness is born. The righteous are as bold as lions, and only the bold can seize their rightful place. Cowards may admire promises, but only the bold can claim them.
A righteous person speaks with boldness. They pray boldly. They confront darkness with confidence. They declare God’s Word with authority. This boldness comes from knowing their position. They are not striving to become something; they act from what they have already received. They are not intimidated by systems or oppressive forces. They know they sit with Christ in heavenly places.
Boldness is not self-confidence. It is confidence in God. It gives you the courage to speak what God has said, do what He commands, and expect what He promises. This courage is not empty; it is grounded in righteousness. When you realize you are the righteousness of God in Christ, fear loses its hold on you. You stop trembling at the enemy's roar because you know the Lion of the Tribe of Judah resides within you.
The Church should not whisper through life. It is called to declare the Word of the Lord with power. Only the righteous can do this consistently. That is why the enemy attacks righteousness. He spreads guilt and promotes condemnation to silence your voice. But today, rise in the boldness of your justification. Silence the enemy's lies. Let the lion within you roar. Let the sound of righteousness shake your surroundings.
Every area of dominion requires bold actions. You cannot claim what you are afraid to confront. You cannot lead what intimidates you. Boldness is essential; it is the everyday way of the justified. When the righteous rise in boldness, their words have weight. Their prayers pierce the heavens. Their presence intimidates the enemy. Why? Because they stand in the authority of Christ.
You are not a coward. You are not a victim. You are not weak. You are not condemned. You are righteous. And because you are righteous, you are bold. Bold to speak. Bold to act. Bold to shine. Bold to reign.
FOUR PILLARS THAT SUSTAIN THE BOLDNESS OF THE RIGHTEOUS
- RIGHTEOUSNESS CONSCIOUSNESS
Romans 8:1, "There is therefore now no condemnation to them which are in Christ Jesus who walk not after the flesh but after the Spirit."
Freedom from condemnation is the backbone of spiritual boldness.
- REVELATION OF IDENTITY
2 Corinthians 5:21, "For he hath made him to be sin for us who knew no sin that we might be made the righteousness of God in him."
Understanding who you are in Christ silences fear.
- FELLOWSHIP WITH THE WORD
Jeremiah 1:9-10, "Then the Lord put forth his hand and touched my mouth. And the Lord said unto me, Behold I have put my words in thy mouth. See, I have this day set thee over the nations and over the kingdoms…"
God’s Word in your mouth gives you boldness over areas of influence.
- FRESH INFILLING OF THE SPIRIT
Acts 4:31, "And when they had prayed, the place was shaken where they were assembled together, and they were all filled with the Holy Ghost and they spake the word of God with boldness."
Boldness is the natural result of being filled with the Holy Spirit.
DAILY PURPOSE NOTE
Refuse to fear what Christ has already overcome. Do not bow to the threats of the enemy. Stand tall in your righteousness and live with lion-hearted authority today.
