Day 96: THE BLESSING OF OBEDIENCE

If ye be willing and obedient, ye shall eat the good of the land.
DAILY WISDOM
Delayed obedience is disobedience. Every act of prompt obedience positions you for a supernatural turnaround!
MESSAGE
Being obedient to God is a means of achieving miraculous favor and riches, not only a duty. There is a benefit for each act of obedience. While many Christians pray for breakthroughs, they fail to follow the heavenly guidance that would enable them. In actuality, obedience is a prerequisite for receiving God's benefits.
It is evident from Genesis through Revelation that covenant blessings are predicated on obedience. Abraham's devotion to God's command to leave his father's house resulted in the grandeur of his generation (Genesis 12:1-3). The widow of Zarephath's final meal became a divine supply that never ran out when she followed Elijah's prophetic advice (1 Kings 17:13-16).
Divine commands frequently defy rationality, but they hold the secret to the miraculous. The renowned warrior Naaman nearly missed his recovery because it appeared too easy to follow the instructions to dip seven times in the Jordan (2 Kings 5:10-14). But his leprosy vanished as soon as he obeyed!
THE POWER OF OBEDIENCE
- Obedience Brings Divine Provision
“And the barrel of meal wasted not, neither did the cruse of oil fail, according to the word of the LORD.” – 1 Kings 17:16
Many suffer lack because they ignore divine instructions. Obedience activates supernatural supply.
- Obedience Unlocks Supernatural Protection
“And Moses stretched forth his hand over the sea… and the LORD caused the sea to go back by a strong east wind all that night.” – Exodus 14:21
When God speaks, obeying can mean the difference between safety and disaster.
- Obedience Releases the Blessings of the Land
“If ye be willing and obedient, ye shall eat the good of the land.” – Isaiah 1:19
Every territory has a blessing, but it takes obedience to unlock its treasures.
- Obedience Brings Divine Promotion
“His mother saith unto the servants, Whatsoever he saith unto you, do it.” – John 2:5
When the servants obeyed Jesus by filling the water pots, water turned into wine. Your next level is tied to your last instruction!
SIGNS OF A LIFE OF OBEDIENCE
- Prompt Response to Divine Instructions – You don’t delay or argue (Psalm 119:60).
- Total Submission to God’s Will – Even when it’s not convenient (Matthew 26:39).
- Faith in God’s Instructions – Trusting that God’s way is best (Proverbs 3:5-6).
- Consistency in Obedience – Not just when you feel like it (Deuteronomy 28:1).

Today, examine your life and ensure you are walking in full obedience to God’s instructions.

- Father, give me the grace to obey You completely!
- Every spirit of disobedience and rebellion is destroyed in Jesus’ name!
- I receive wisdom to follow divine instructions for my next breakthrough!
- Lord, let my obedience bring supernatural favor and open doors today!
- By obedience, I shall eat the good of the land in Jesus’ name!
