Day 8: JAN 8TH: HELP FOR SUPERNATURAL LIFTING
Scripture
Isaiah 40:31
But they that wait upon the Lord shall renew their strength; they shall mount up with wings as eagles; they shall run, and not be weary; and they shall walk, and not faint.
DAILY WISDOM
Divine help is the force that lifts the believer beyond limitations, burdens, and challenges. Supernatural elevation comes through God’s timely intervention and empowering presence.
MESSAGE
There are times when the weight of life feels heavy, when challenges seem relentless, and when natural strength fails. In these times, God’s supernatural lifting is not just helpful, but essential. The lifting that we receive from God is more than physical or emotional support, it is Heaven’s active intervention that elevates our situations, our tasks, and our destinies beyond natural limits. It’s a lifting that goes beyond human effort, timing, and understanding.
Isaiah 40:31 states, “But they that wait upon the Lord shall renew their strength; they shall mount up with wings as eagles; they shall run, and not be weary; and they shall walk, and not faint.” This verse reveals how supernatural elevation works. Waiting on the Lord isn’t a passive act; it’s a proactive stance of faith, obedience, and expectancy. It’s a state where the believer connects with God’s timing, power, and strategy. In this connection, strength is renewed, vision becomes clear, and burdens are lightened in ways that defy natural explanation.
Supernatural lifting has multiple dimensions. First, it boosts us spiritually. The Spirit of God steps in to strengthen our inner being, renew hope, and revitalize faith. In times of despair, the Spirit offers divine energy to overcome discouragement. Second, it improves relationships and strategies. Doors that were once closed swing open, partnerships are formed, and positions of influence rise supernaturally. Third, it lifts us physically and materially. Divine intervention brings breakthroughs in finances, health, and provision, ensuring that we are fully equipped to walk in God's plan.
Consider Elijah, buried in despair after his confrontation with Baal’s prophets. He escaped into the wilderness, worn out and ready to quit. God’s help came through rest, food, and supernatural strength, allowing him to continue his prophetic mission with renewed vigor (1 Kings 19:5-8). This teaches us something important: supernatural lifting often starts quietly, through God’s preparation, even before the clear signs of elevation. It requires trust, dependence, and an openness to His ways.
Supernatural lifting also speeds up your destiny. The believer who receives God’s help rises above mediocrity, advances past opposition, and moves with divine momentum. Lifting prepares you for divine encounters, expands your influence, and increases your area of impact. Those lifted by God often achieve results that are impossible through ordinary means. It is God's hand, the Spirit’s power, and the force of supernatural assistance that elevate them “as on wings of eagles,” soaring above limitations, opposition, and delays.
This year, 2026, God is ushering in a season of supernatural lifting for His people. Every area of stagnation, every delay, and every burden trying to weigh you down is subject to His intervention. You need to position yourself through trust, waiting, and openness to the Spirit. Prayer, praise, and alignment with His Word are the means through which this lifting flows. Your elevation will not only transform your circumstances; it will shift your destiny, widen your influence, and generate supernatural momentum that propels you into new levels of victory.
Be encouraged, believer. The weight you feel today is the springboard for your supernatural lifting. The opposition around you is the canvas on which God will showcase His strength. The limitations trying to bind you are the circumstances where your wings will spread. Expect the lifting; walk in sync with His timing, follow the Spirit’s guidance, and accept the momentum that will launch you into divine acceleration and supernatural elevation.
