Altars control the gates. No gate in the spiritual realm opens by itself. Every open gate results from an active altar. Similarly, every closed gate comes from a damaged altar. Until your altar rises, your gates stay shut. And without opened gates, glory cannot come in.

Psalm 24:7, “Lift up your heads, O ye gates; and be ye lift up, ye everlasting doors; and the King of glory shall come in.”

Spiritual gates control access, movement, and influence. A person may be anointed and gifted but may still have limited impact if the gates of their calling are closed. Many work at the gates but lack power at the altar. They may knock, but they have no right to enter since the altar that allows access has not been rebuilt.

Your altar serves as your license in the spirit. It is your voice in Heaven’s courts. Your altar provides leverage during battles. It isn't the size of your work that opens gates; it’s the strength of your altar.

Genesis 12:7, “And the Lord appeared unto Abram, and said, Unto thy seed will I give this land: and there builded he an altar unto the Lord…”

Abraham understood this secret. Before he claimed possession, he built an altar. Before he took on territory, he invoked a covenant. Gates respond to altars. Cities respond to altars. Territories do not submit to human will; they bow to spiritual laws enforced by altars.

If you want to explore new dimensions, don’t just fast for open doors. Build an altar of sacrifice, obedience, and prayer. Elevate your priesthood, and the gates will respond.

There are spiritual gates to families, cities, ministries, nations, and industries. Only those with active altars can command these gates to open. Many cry at closed gates without repairing the broken altars that should advocate for them.

Isaiah 62:10, “Go through, go through the gates; prepare ye the way of the people; cast up, cast up the highway; gather out the stones; lift up a standard for the people.”

We are meant not just to walk through gates but to command them. Only those with altars can command gates. Elijah rebuilt the altar before fire fell. Moses encountered God at the altar before challenging Pharaoh. Jesus faced Gethsemane’s altar before He confronted the gates of Hell.

Do not mistake activity for access. You can work in vain if your altar is silent. You can shout at gates all day, but without a voice from your altar, nothing changes.

Judges 6:24, “Then Gideon built an altar there unto the Lord, and called it Jehovah shalom…”

Gideon was weak and unsure until he raised an altar. After he built the altar, boldness came. Strategy came. Authority came. When the altar was lifted, the gate of influence opened.

Rebuild your altar. Strengthen it with daily sacrifice. Offer obedience. Keep your priesthood active. Let your incense rise. Let your fire burn. Then, the gates will lift, and the King of glory will come through your life.
