Day 107: RESUSCITATION – THE POWER OF DIVINE RESTORATION

Scripture

Psalm 85:6

Wilt thou not revive us again: that thy people may rejoice in thee?

DAILY WISDOM

God is the Master of divine resuscitation. No situation is too far gone for His power to restore.

MESSAGE

Resuscitation is the act of reviving something that was once alive but is now lifeless. It is the divine intervention that brings restoration, renewal, and revival.

Many people experience moments in life where their spiritual fire burns low, their passion wanes, or their strength fails. However, our God is a specialist in resuscitation. He breathes new life into dead situations and rekindles the flames of lost passion.

In the valley of dry bones, God asked the prophet Ezekiel, “Son of man, can these bones live?” (Ezekiel 37:3). The prophet’s response was wise: “O Lord God, thou knowest.” That response acknowledged God’s sovereignty over impossible situations. And indeed, God commanded breath to enter the dry bones, and they became a mighty army.

There are times when our dreams, hopes, and even spiritual fervor seem buried under the weight of life’s challenges. But God is able to resuscitate every dead thing in your life. Whether it is your spiritual fire, your career, your marriage, or your purpose, God has the power to restore.

When Jesus arrived at the tomb of Lazarus, his body had been in the grave for four days. Humanly speaking, all hope was lost. But Jesus, the Resurrection and the Life, stood before the grave and declared: “Lazarus, come forth.” (John 11:43). Immediately, Lazarus was brought back to life. When God speaks into your situation, everything dead comes alive again!

No matter how hopeless your case may seem, never forget that God is the ultimate life-giver. When He breathes upon your destiny, stagnation gives way to progress, barrenness gives way to fruitfulness, and dryness is replaced with abundance.

DAILY PURPOSE NOTE

  1. Fan the flames of your spiritual life through prayer and the Word.
  2. Refuse to accept defeat; believe that God can restore what was lost.
  3. Speak life into every dead situation around you.

DAILY PROPHETIC DECLARATION

  1. Father, breathe upon my life and restore everything that has lost its fire, in Jesus’ name.
  2. I decree that every dry bone in my destiny shall receive life today, in the name of Jesus.
