When Jesus died, your old self was crucified. When He was buried, your sinful past was left in that tomb. When He rose, you rose with Him—not as a survivor but as a ruler. Your spiritual DNA changed. Your location shifted. Your authority returned. 

To walk in this newness is to function at a higher level of awareness. You are no longer under sin’s control. You are no longer a victim of deception from Satan. You no longer plead for what you already own. You have moved on from asking to ruling. You sit in heavenly places. You are justified, sanctified, empowered, and glorified. Everything about you has been redefined by redemption. 

The issue isn’t with your new life. The issue lies with your old mindset. The mind that hasn’t been renewed pulls you back to what no longer exists. But the renewed mind teaches you to speak from your position in Christ, to act with confidence in your authority, and to live boldly as a child of God. Newness of life is a journey of revelation. It is an awareness of truth. It is about living out who you are in Christ, not who you were in Adam. 

Until you embrace this newness, you will keep reliving what Christ already put away. You will continue to negotiate with enemies that He has defeated. You will keep praying for breakthroughs that have already been given to you. But when your light shines, your walk changes. When you recognize who you are, you step into what is rightfully yours. When you grasp your resurrection reality, you will command mountains to move and see them bow. 

This month is about dominion. But dominion is not for those who are uncertain. It is not for the ambivalent. It is for those who understand they have been raised with Christ and walk as kings and priests on earth. This isn’t just motivational talk. It is covenant talk. Your life should reflect the completed work of Christ. Each day should declare resurrection. Every word should resonate with your authority. Every action must demonstrate that you have crossed from death to life. 

This new life is your legal reality. You aren’t waiting to be empowered. You are already seated. You aren’t trying to rise. You have already been raised. You are not begging for dominion. It has been given back to you. Walk in it. Live in it. Speak from it. Enforce it.
