Day 5: Walking In The Light of Grace
Scripture
John 1:4-5
In him was life; and the life
was the light of men. And the light shineth in darkness;
and the darkness comprehended it not
THOUGHT FOR THE DAY
To walk in God's glory is to walk in His light; His light illuminates every area of your life and dispels all forms of darkness.
MESSAGE
Walking in light is synonymous with walking in the glory of God. Light is the visible manifestation of God's glory, and to walk in His glory is to walk in His divine illumination.
The Bible says in John1:4-5,“In him was life; and the life was the light of men. And the light shineth in darkness; and the darkness comprehended it not.”
The light that shines from the glory of God is not just a physical light but a divine life that dispels every form of darkness—be it spiritual, emotional, or financial.
When you walk in His light, you walk in grace, favor, and divine wisdom. His light enables you to overcome every obstacle, and His grace empowers you to thrive in life.
As you walk in the light of His glory, darkness (sickness, failure, confusion) cannot prevail in your life. The Bible says that the darkness comprehended it not!
This means that nothing the enemy throws your way can stop you when you walk in the light of God's glory.

REFLECTION
1. Consciously walk in the light of God's Word and allow His grace to empower you.
2. Reflect on areas in your life where you need the light of God to shine and pray for illumination in those areas.
PRAYER
Lord, let Your light shine in every area of my life. I refuse to walk in darkness. I receive the grace to flourish and excel in Your light in Jesus' Name. Amen.
