THE JOY OF HARVEST (3)
Title: HARVEST OF RESTORATION
Joel 2:25, "And I will restore to you the years that the locust hath eaten, the cankerworm, and the caterpillar, and the palmerworm, my great army which I sent among you."
Harvest of restoration is on God’s agenda for the believer in this season. The Lord has promised to restore all that we have lost. His intentions are clear. He does not say things He’s not willing or able to do.
As a matter of fact, there’s nothing our God cannot do. Our devotional for today takes us deeper into how to catch on to our Harvest of Restoration.
Points to Know:
1. Understanding Restoration
Restoration refers to the recovery, realisation, renewal, or return to an original state or condition. It encompasses regaining what was lost, resolving what is lacking or missing, and rejuvenating what is diminishing. God's promise of restoration extends to all areas of our lives.
2. God's Faithfulness and Restoration:
As we seek restoration, it is crucial to recognize God's faithfulness throughout history. The Bible is filled with accounts of God's restorative power, including His promise to restore the years lost to affliction. The faithfulness of God is a bedrock we can rely on as we embark on this journey towards restoration.
